Fort McHenry Rangers put the 'memorial' quality back into Memorial Day!

Honor the graves of the African American veterans who fought in the Civil War, World War I & II and the Korean War at Baltimore's oldest African American cemetery.  Ceremony includes a short parade, historic speeches, grave decorating with flowers and flags followed by a community picnic.
