Community Cares Partner for January Big Brothers /Big Sisters of the Greater Chesapeake.
The Community Cares Partner for January is the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Greater Chesapeake. Being a mentor is one of the most enjoyable things you’ll ever do and one of the most fulfilling. You and your mentee can play sports together. Go on a hike. Read books. Eat a pizza. Or you can just give some advice and inspiration. You have the opportunity to help shape a child’s future for the better by empowering them to achieve. Volunteering just a few hours a month with a child can start something amazing. Remember, January is Mentoring Month-So why not apply to be a Mentor today.
