Baltimore police say they've arrested the driver of the car in which Taylor was shot.  Darnell Holmes, was arrested on gun and drug charges.  Police are still searching for a shooter. A GoFundMe account was established to help Taylor’s family with medical costs.  Holmes and second child in the car were not injured.  Governor Larry Hogan says he is praying for the girl's recovery and the person who committed this despicable act of violence against this innocent child must be identified, arrested, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
