Rufus and Da B'More Brass Factory is a New Orleans Styled Brass Band from Baltimore. The leader is a member of the Parliament Funkadelic family and often plays with George Clinton. He brings his funk and soul background and fuses it with his DJ background and creates this Gumbo of Baltimore and New Orleans. It is where the "Wire" meets "Treme." Formally trained musicians, Rufus Roundtree and Da B'More Brass Factory infuse the essence of the New Orleans brass band sound that defines the mardi gras experience.
