Maryland Women Continue in NCAA Tournament

The University of Maryland men’s hoops season may be over, but the Maryland women are still in the middle of their NCAA tournament run as they look to extend a 25-game win streak against 31-0 Princeton. The good news for Maryland is that they will play at home. Tip-off is at 6:30 this evening in College Park.

Morgan State University’s 5th Innovation Day brought a host of professionals, government officials, students and alumni to the Miller Senate Building today in Annapolis.

This year’s gathering celebrated Morgan’s accomplishments in four thematic areas—the Morgan Community Mile, atmospheric science, environmental development and “The Next Big Thing.”

Three Morgan State University football players were stabbed behind Rawlings Dining Hall on the school’s campus on Tuesday around 2:00 p.m. The athletes were said to have been in a dispute with at least two other unnamed students, including one female.
