(Baltimore, MD) -- Maryland is bracing for a big ice storm.
Patchy ice is in the forecast in Baltimore this evening through late Thursday night, with slicker conditions further north and west.
An Ice Storm Warning is issued for Garrett and Allegany counties.
Ice Storm Warnings and Winter Weather Advisories have been issued. Significant icing is likely along and west of the Blue Ridge tonight through Thursday. Ice amounts of 0.25-0.75" are expected. Further east, up to 0.10" of ice is expected north & west of I-95. pic.twitter.com/RamBGLy4gN

The western part of the state is also expecting gusty winds of about 45 miles per hour.
Folks should plan for road closures and delays.
