(Baltimore, MD) -- The National Coalition on Black Civic Participation held a rally and hit the streets in Baltimore to encourage Black communities to vote.
The rally took place Monday at the United Healthcare Workers East Union office in the city before participants went to North Baltimore neighborhoods as part of the Power of the Ballot initiative.
