Lolo Milliner


Lolo was born in St. Thomas, U,S. Virgin Islands where she started her radio career.

Moving to Baltimore in 1993 she landed a position at WWIN-FM (Magic 95.9). Lolo was the host of “The Quiet Fire,” heard 7-12midnight. She was the preferred nighttime host for adult radio listeners. Her show was ranked No.1 for numerous years with adults ages 25-64.

Lolo retired from radio February 2016. Her new career move is Real Estate. She is the owner of Dream Realtor Group, LLC. working with brokerage firm United Real Estate Executives. Lolo said, “With my baby making music, I contributed to the population. I want to now educate on wealth building via real estate, help renters become homeowners and put people into their dream homes”. Thinking of buying, selling or investing. Contact Lolo! 

Beyond radio, Lolo is founder and CEO of the Healthy Encores Lifestyle Festival. ( & An annual health fair and music festival held in her hometown of St. Thomas, U,S. Virgin Islands in July. The mission is the educate the community on the importance of living a healthy lifestyle combined with musical entertainment to help boost the island”s economy.

Retiring after 31 yrs in radio, Lolo was called out of retirement in December 2019. She accepted the 7-10pm shift at WEAA 88.9. “Radio is in my blood. I’m glad to be back on radio. In these trying times, I feel I was called for such a time as this!”
