Cara Williams is a graduate student and journalism major at the National Treasure.
In June 2021, Cara joined WEAA’s internship program as an assignment reporter.
After covering a few stories and voicing multiple scripts, School of Global Journalism & Communication Dean Jacqueline Jones, Dean DeWayne Wickham and radio station manger Robert Shahid offered her an amazing opportunity to co-host WEAA’s evening program, Two Way Talk.
“This experience has taught me to never give up on your dreams and when assigned a job, do your very best. You will be rewarded in the end. I look forward to growing with the radio station and learning more from the staff of WEAA.”
