(WEAA)— Community activist Munir Bahar created a viable alternative to the vacant housing crisis in Baltimore.
Bahar is working to transform vacant homes and buildings into community assets.
He is the executive director of COR Health Institute, a community center he built out of abandoned townhomes in east Baltimore.
The building now serves as a community martial arts and fitness facility for families living in the surrounding neighborhood.
Bahar joins Two Way Talk to share his story and his vision for the city.
