BALTIMORE, MD (WEAA) — Following the death of hip hop legend DMX, Farajii Muhammad reflects on the rapper’s life and his impact on the music industry and Black culture. 

RELATEDRapper And Actor DMX Dead At 50

 

DMX, born Earl Simmons, died Friday in White Plains, N.Y., after being on life support for a few days following a heart attack. He was 50 years-old. 

 

Tea Tee Wilson, CEO of TeaTime Management and Dr. Dermell M. Brunson, founder and president of The Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center, Inc join Farajii to honor the artist and to discuss the importance of mental health resources.
