Baltimore Firefighters recover body of construction worker

The unidentified 19-year old man's body was recovered around 1:30 Wednesday morning. Firefighters and work crews from several jurisdictions worked for more than 10 hours--even through heavy wind and rain Tuesday afternoon to get to the construction worker who fell into a trench that was some 15 feet deep.

The man was part of a crew working to repair a sewer line on Sinclair Lane near North Chester Street when the unstable ground collapsed and buried him in debris and dirt. His body has been transported to the medical examiner's office. We'll continue to follow this developing story.
