(WEAA) —Known for her androgynous look and distinctive voice, Scottish singer-songwriter and political activist, Annie Lennox achieved moderate success in the late 1970s as a member of the new wave band The Tourists.
International success followed in the 1980s when she and Dave Stewart established Eurythmics.
