Mayor Scott and Baltimore Police Commissioner Michael Harrison also addressed the recent shootings involving children in Baltimore City.

According to reports, five children have been shot throughout the city since Saturday.

Police say at least three of the victims were targeted.

The most recent shooting left a 15-year-old in critical condition after being shot in the head around 7 p.m. Thursday in northwest Baltimore.

The mayor, who grew up in the Park Heights neighborhood says, “Imagine what the world would have been like for my family, if that would have happened to me when I was 15-years-old , and it could have”.
