Former air traffic controller speaks on DC plane collision

(WEAA)— Reverend Todd Yeary, former air traffic controller, discusses the collision between an American Airlines plane and a Black Hawk helicopter, which resulted in the deaths of all 64 passengers aboard the American Airlines flight and the three soldiers crew members on the Black Hawk.

Yeary, who worked air traffic control on 9/11, speaks on background screenings and training for controllers, and provides insights into the typical shifts and responsibilities they face.
