Former Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh will be sentenced in February in the "Healthy Holly" book scandal that led to her resignation.  Pugh pleaded guilty Thursday to conspiracy and tax evasion. She admitted to using the sales of her "Healthy Holly" children's books to fund her mayoral campaign through straw donors and to purchase her home. She also admits to cheating on her taxes.  She's set to be sentenced on February 27th.

Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh's personal attorney says she remains in poor health and is not lucid enough to decide whether to resign.
