Here & Now’s Jeremy Hobson is in Washington, D.C. today and sits down with Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton to look at an issue she has championed for her more than 20 years as the Democratic representative for Washington, D.C. in the House – the movement to get D.C. equal voting rights in Congress, which it does not have. She is just able to vote in committees.
