Master Class with Robert Shahid: Saxophonist Kenny Garrett

BALTIMORE, MD (WEAA) — Saxophonist, bandleader and composer Kenny Garrett joins Robert Shahid on Master Class.

Born and raised in Detroit, Garrett learned to play the saxophone at the early age of 8. 

Garrett has performed and recorded with many musical icons such as Miles Davis, Art Blakey, Freddie Hubbard, Woody Shaw.

The jazz artist shares his musical journey, how he connects with his audience, famous musicians who inspired him and so much more!
