(WEAA)—CHARM: Voices of Baltimore Youth is a literary arts organization in Baltimore City that provides a platform for youth to develop as writers and "amplify their voices".

The non-profit offers in-person and virtual workshops to teach middle and high schoolers about journalism, publishing, and partnerships.

CHARM has produced more than a dozen publications, in both digital and print, that feature poetry, fiction, essays, and artwork from students across Baltimore.

"CHARM projects and publications are led by a dynamic student editorial board made up of 30 middle and high school students from across Baltimore. The board produces a variety of publication projects, including print anthologies and online publications that celebrate and amplify the voices of Baltimore youth." - charmlitmag.org
