(WEAA)— Dr. Bennett Ramberg served as a foreign affairs officer in the Department of State’s Bureau of Political-Military Affairs in the George H.W. Bush Administration.
He is also the author of Nuclear Power Plants as Weapons for the Enemy.
Dr. Ramberg joins Dr. Kaye to share his expertise on the matter, whether or not a nuclear threat is imminent and the risks at hand if damage is done to nuclear power reactors in Ukraine.
