(Baltimore, MD) -- A guilty plea is expected in the case of a squeegee worker charged with a fatal shooting.

The attorney for the teenager says his client is expected to enter a guilty plea as part of a deal with prosecutors.

Under the agreement, the case will be reassigned to juvenile court and the teen will plead guilty to manslaughter charges.

The 15-year-old worker is accused of fatally shooting a motorist on July 7th.

A judge must sign off on the plea deal. A hearing is scheduled for the matter on Thursday.
