Valencia Harris is a senior from New Haven, Connecticut, majoring in Multiplatform Production with a concentration in On-Air Performance.

The media mogul is an entertainment reporter.

Valencia acts as a co-host on WEAA’s Mornings with Mykel.

She creates weekly content for segments, such as Pop Culture Report, Black Facts, and The Balance-- a deep dive into holistic health.

The journalist recently launched a segment called HBCU Plug, which supplies her audience with “need to know” information surrounding all things HBCU.

Valencia looks forward to continuing her professional journey with WEAA's Student Learning Lab.
