WEAA's Julius White has the local news: Baltimore did not have enough election judges for April primary, and efforts to hire more for the November election are falling short. The Baltimore County police department is speeding up the roll-out of its body camera program. Baltimore County executive Kevin Kamenetz announced yesterday that the county is moving up the date for the full implementation of more than 1400 cameras to September 2017, from December 2018.
