Local News: Maryland Property Values; Baltimore County Police Release Body Camera Footage

WEAA's Julius White has the local news: property values across Maryland are up, according to the most recent state assessments. Over the last three years,  residential and commercial properties have increased by an average of 8.2%. And, Baltimore County Police have posted body camera footage from an incident last week in which a county officer shot a man wielding a knife.
