A new HBO documentary, “For the Love of Baltimore,” is putting Baltimore in the spotlight. The film is directed by Sonja Sohn of HBO’s the wire, and will debut this year. And, last night hundreds of Howard County residents turned out to speak at a public hearing on sanctuary county legislation. If passed, a sanctuary bill would limit county cooperation with federal immigration authorities. The county council vote on the measure could come in early February.
