Local News: City Council Members Speak Out About Minimum Wage; Rep Elijah Cummings Speaks with Trump

Some Baltimore City Council members are speaking out against a general assembly bill that would prevent local jurisdictions from raising their minimum wage. The council members, who favor a $15 minimum wage, say Baltimore and other locations should be allowed to set their own minimum wage. And, Maryland Congressman Elijah Cummings says he recently got a call from Donald Trump. Trump invited him to the White House for a meeting, but the date has not been set.
