A bill aimed at protecting Planned Parenthood funding in Maryland is headed to Governor Larry Hogan for his signature or veto. The State Senate passed a measure yesterday on a 32-15 vote after the House of Delegates previously approved it. The legislation would provide nearly $3 million in state funding to Planned Parenthood, if federal funding is cut off to the group.
