Mayor Catherine Pugh announced yesterday that she will be bringing back the Red Light and Speed program. The program was suspended four years ago after an audit found that the city was issuing thousands of erroneous tickets. Pugh estimates that the program will generate nearly $8 million in revenue each year. And, the Baltimore State’s Attorney's office is citing problems with evidence for its decision to drop charges against the second former Baltimore housing authority employee implicated in a sex-for-repairs scandal.
