Members of the school board will get the full billion-dollar budget tomorrow. They’ll see that more than a quarter of the budget money goes to children with special needs, and that getting those children to school and back will cost 8 million dollars more than last year. And, the fourth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments today about President Trump’s travel ban.
