The first recorded Carfentanil overdose death has occurred in Harford county. Carfentanil is an opioid that is 50x more deadly than heroin. And, this weekend children in Baltimore will get free dental work that includes exams, emergency care, and tooth extractions. The Sharing Smiles event will take place on Sunday on Baltimore's west side. Children under 18 who are uninsured or underused are eligible to participate.
