Dr. Russell Moy has been appointed as the Harford County Health Officer by the Maryland Department of Health and the Harford County Council. Dr. Moy has been serving the acting Health Officer since July.
Dr. Moy will have county-wide responsibility for population health improvement, health police, care coordination and clinical health services for vulnerable and underserved populations in Harford County. Dr. Moy talked with WEAA’s Julius White about his new role and concerns for the health and well-being of Harford County.
