At Tuesday night's Baltimore City Public School Board meeting, it was standing room only on two levels of the district office building on North Avenue.
Those in attendance were not shy of letting school board members about their extreme dissatisfaction over frigid classrooms, unsafe drinking water and other maintenance and infrastructure problems in school buildings.
