Fourth Nor'Easter in three weeks to hit Mid-Atlantic on first day of Spring

A wintry-mix is in the forecast for the Baltimore-area on this first day of Spring.  the National Weather Service says a mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain today is likely to drop anywhere from a trace to an inch or two of snow.
