There were students, parents, teachers and concerned citizens in Washington, DC to demand stronger gun control laws. There were chants from "vote them out" to "not one more."
The rally was led by survivors of the Valentine's Day massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, where a former student turned domestic terrorist shot and killed 17 people--including students and teachers. Some A-list celebrities attended the rally--either performing, speaking or simply just lending their support to the cause, including Jennifer Hudson, Common and Andra Day (who performed with the student choir from Baltimore's Cardinal Shehan school), Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus, Ariana Grande.
