No longer Ex-Officio, Mayor Jack Young releases video addressing citizens of Baltimore

Mayor Young had already released a lengthy written statement in reaction to the resignation of Mayor Catherine Pugh. But Thursday evening, Young released a video on his Facebook page. He's in Detroit and will be until Saturday, attending the National Organization of Black County Officials' annual Economic Development Conference.
