Baltimore Department of Public Works began issuing new water bills on Wednesday, August 7, marking an end to the billing disruption caused by a ransomware attack that began May 6.
These bills will cover a longer billing period than the typical cycle. DPW Director Rudy Chow joined WEAA’s ‘Mornings with Mykel’ to talk about the bills and explain payment plan options available for water customers in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.
