MD Lt. Governor Boyd Rutherford talks elections, change with WEAA's 'For the Culture'

Lt. Governor Boyd Rutherford joined FTC host Farajii Muhammad and talked about what he called "the debacle that is the Maryland State Board of Elections." This after a ballot printing error has disrupted Democratic races for Baltimore City Council District and judge for Circuit Court and mail-in ballots ariving in Baltimore City up to two weeks later than promised.
