City police arrest suspect in murder of pregnant woman, 3 year old daughter

One suspect is in custody in Baltimore in the murder case of a pregnant mom and her young child. Investigators say Devon Sample faces first degree murder charges.  Police say Shiand Miller and her three year old, child Shaniya Gilmore were found dead inside a car on Friday on Boswell Road.  Sample is said to be the father of Shiand's unborn child whom she had been carrying for eight months.
