Today with Dr. Kaye: Baltimore City Schools to expand in-person learning

(WEAA) On Thursday, Baltimore City Public Schools announced they will expand in-person learning options starting February 16.

Baltimore Teachers Union President Diamonté Brown joined Dr. Kaye to share her reaction to the decision.
