BALTIMORE, MD (WEAA) — Baltimore is the only jurisdiction in Maryland where the police department is considered a state agency.

State lawmakers are once again considering giving Baltimore City control over the police department. 

Farajii poses the question, “ Do you think the city should gain control over the police department?”
