(Baltimore, MD) -- Governor Larry Hogan is calling for a criminal investigation after an audit allegedly revealed a "massive grade-fixing scheme" within Baltimore City Public Schools.
The governor today referred the audit to the Maryland State Prosecutor and the Maryland U.S. Attorney's Office for possible prosecution.
The state audit, released Tuesday, found more than 12-thousand-500 grades had been changed from failing to passing between 2016 and 2020.
