(News Source)— Community advocates say scores of missing person posters featuring photos of Mayor Brandon Scott and Baltimore City Council President Nick Mosby reflect citizens' frustration with the city's crime response.
The posters have been seen at bus stops, city intersections and outside City Hall.
So far this year, Baltimore has recorded 151 murders.
This puts the city on pace to exceed 300 homicides again for the year.
