(Baltimore, MD) -- A North Carolina man is facing charges in connection with a hit-and-run crash that killed an 88-year-old woman in Northwest Baltimore.
City police say Tony Edmonds was arrested on Tuesday and is charged with criminal neglect.
Barbara Logan died on August 14th when police say she was driving through the intersection of Liberty Heights and Callaway avenues when a pickup truck ran a red light and struck her vehicle.
The driver of the truck fled the scene and Logan was taken to a hospital where she died.
