BALTIMORE, MD (WEAA) — Maryland health officials say fewer than 100 new coronavirus cases have been added within 24 hours, the first time since March 25 2020.
According to the Maryland Department of Health, 65 positive cases have been added since Tuesday morning. One month ago today, Maryland reported 939 new cases.

Records show, six virus-related deaths have been reported and 345 patients are currently hospitalized due to COVID-19.
The state’s positivity rate remains below 2%.
More than 70% of adults in the state have been fully vaccinated.
