Marc Steiner hosted the first part of a broadcast of the Baltimore Mayoral Forum for Ex-Offenders, which took place Wednesday, April 14, at Douglas Memorial Community Church. Candidates who participated included: Sheila Dixon, Elizabeth Embry, Joshua Harris, DeRay McKesson, State Senator Catherine Pugh, Councilman Carl Stokes, and David Warnock.
