(Baltimore, MD) -- Applications are open for Baltimore's summer jobs program called YouthWorks.
It's where the city pairs teens and young adults, from ages 14 to 21, with participating companies to help provide them with real-world work experience.

Mayor Brandon Scott says the program has helped 6,700 teens and young adults find work.
It's touted as one of the largest programs of its kind in the country.
