Maryland Governor Larry Hogan's approval rating has increased amid the coronavirus.  A new Gonzales poll finds that 78-percent of those surveyed approve of the job the governor is doing, up eight-percent from a poll in early March.  Eighty-two-percent of Democrats approve of the job the Republican governor is been doing, 74-percent of Independent voters approve and 71-percent of Republicans say the governor is doing a good job. The poll also indicated that President Trump's approval rating has dropped two-points to 40-percent and heading into the 2020 election he trails presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden by 24-points.  The poll of 810 registered voters has a three-point-five-percent margin of error.
