COVID-19 in Maryland| Governor Hogan to provide update at 5 p.m.

(BALTIMORE, MD) As of Thursday morning, health officials report 2,217 new cases of the coronavirus. 

 

Records show, 5,152 people have died from COVID-19 in Maryland. An increase of 49 deaths since Wednesday. 

 

Currently, 1,702 people are hospitalized with the coronavirus. Officials say 60 patients have been released since Wednesday morning. 

 

 

Governor Larry Hogan is expected to hold a press conference regarding the coronavirus at 5 pm. You will be able to watch the livestream here.
