BALTIMORE, MD (WEAA) — March 8, 2021 marked the 50th anniversary of an event where activists broke into a Federal Bureau of Investigation office in Pennsylvania and leaked documents that described the Counterintelligence Program used to monitor, infiltrate and disrupt social and political movements.
Dr. Raymond Winbush, a research professor and the director of the Institute for Urban Research at Morgan State University joins Dr. Kaye to discuss the government program nicknamed COINTELPRO.
