(Baltimore, MD)—At Morgan State, there is a special week during the spring semester that is just as exciting and significant as homecoming week in the fall.
I Love Morgan Week is full of engaging and amusing events organized by the Campus Activities Board, to celebrate student achievements.
The week officially begins on Monday, April 25th and continues until Friday, April 29th. This is another way for students to have fun and relax before completing their final exams.
This year, the theme for ILMW is ‘Welcome to Bearland’.
‘We’re Back Again!’ is the kickoff event to initiate the festivities on Monday from noon to 4 pm at the University Student Center Patio.
Afterwards at 7, is Morgan Madness: Powder Puff and 7-on-7 Football Game that will take place on the practice field.
Numerous events are planned for the week-long celebration such as a concert featuring artists GHerbo & Toosi and a ‘Neonland’ glow party. There will also be a carnival on Friday to bring the week of activities to an end.
